Very good product in terms of integrating with other apple devices and overall performance; However, within 1.5 years of use, the sound and mic quality deteriorates like a Chinese product. In fact Chinese products lasted longer in my experience than Apply products. Very frustrated with Apple products.Please buy only when you can afford Apple+ protection, else buy at your own risk

I have ordered the product on 16.10.2023. The product received on 23.10.2023. When I checked with Apple support, warranty of the product is already expired. I am waiting for one more day to check if the warranty coverage will be there. Or else it will be returned.Edited: I have contacted apple support and shared amazon invoice copy. They activated one year limited warranty for the device from the date of purchase. I am using earpods now

Quality is great, apple standard. But the battery has gone dead in under two years of moderate (avg 1-2 hours/week). Now that's a disappointment.
